Modern varicose vein treatment with Candela Nordlys Laser
At Estetic-Sana Clinic, we use the latest technology for treating facial and body vascular lesions, with continuously upgraded equipment.
The 1064 nm Nd:YAG vascular laser, integrated into the multifunctional Candela Nordlys platform, is the optimal solution for treating a wide range of vascular lesions. It is a safe and non-invasive method, perfect for enhancing the beauty of your legs! The transdermal Nd:YAG vascular laser is used for treating small leg vessels with a diameter under 2 mm.
With a wavelength specifically targeted at blood components, this laser allows for precise treatment of vascular formations in various anatomical areas (face, body, limbs). Compared to other vascular treatment devices, the Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser combined with Candela’s SoftCool technology represents the gold standard for treating deep and resistant blood vessels, offering maximum comfort to the patient during the procedure.
Indications for Nd:YAG Laser Treatment:
- Spider veins (telangiectasias or broken capillaries) in the lower limbs. This issue is very common among women over 35 years of age. Beyond the aesthetic discomfort caused by these capillaries, they may also signal the early stages of chronic venous insufficiency.
- Venous lake (small venous malformation) – a localized dilation of small-caliber veins, typically bluish in color and pea-sized. Most often found on the lips, these formations can be congenital or acquired and usually result from repeated trauma (e.g., lip biting) or localized inflammation.
- Cherry angiomas (cutaneous red dots) – composed of a small cluster of fine capillaries, ranging in size from 2 to 4 mm, with color varying from bright red to burgundy. Commonly found on the trunk or limbs, they may be solitary or multiple, and usually appear in individuals over the age of 30.
- Periorbital veins. Visible veins around the eyes (especially under the lower eyelids) are a delicate issue, giving the eyes a tired appearance and eventually contributing to dark circles. Importantly, the Nd:YAG laser is the only effective treatment method for periorbital veins, with no known alternatives.
Combined Treatments
Often, the transdermal Nd:YAG vascular laser is combined with injectable sclerotherapy to improve treatment effectiveness for resistant veins.
CLaCS technology is a modern method in aesthetic phlebology that allows not only the elimination of surface vascular networks on the legs, but also the larger feeding reticular veins
It combines laser ablation, sclerotherapy, and cryotherapy. In Moldova, this technique is exclusively performed by vascular surgeon Dr. Artiom Covila and is recognized worldwide as one of the most effective and non-invasive approaches.
Advantages:
- No scarring
- No post-treatment pain
- Does not damage surrounding tissues
- No hospitalization required
- Long-lasting, impressive results
Remember! Varicose veins are a chronic condition. The earlier you detect them and consult a specialist, the better your chances to avoid surgical intervention.
